By using this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services at Nails 90 Spa, 3875 Massillon Rd #320, Uniontown, OH 44685, you agree to these terms.

• Appointments are accepted Monday through Thursday.
• Friday through Sunday we operate walk-ins only, first come first served.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or receive a shortened service.
• Online bookings are handled through our third-party booking provider and are subject to their availability and terms.

• A 3% card processing fee applies to all card purchases, including gift certificates. Cash avoids this fee.
• No refunds are issued for services rendered and paid for. Please tell your technician before payment if anything is not to your liking.
• Chipped polish is repaired at no charge when you return to the salon; refunds are not available for chipping.
• Gift certificates are sold in person only, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please tell your technician about allergies, skin conditions, injuries, infections, or pregnancy before your service. We reserve the right to decline a service when it may affect your health or the health of others. Services are cosmetic and are not medical treatment.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who consents to the service on their behalf.

If you provide a phone number, you agree we may contact you about your appointment by phone call or SMS text message as described in our SMS & Calling Terms and Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Photographs, pricing, and service descriptions are provided for information only and may change without notice. Final pricing depends on nail length, shape, condition, and design complexity and is confirmed at the salon.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nails 90 Spa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you cannot waive under applicable law.
