Do you take walk-ins?+
Yes — walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred time and technician.
What's the difference between acrylic, dip powder, and Gel-X?+
Acrylic sculpts extensions with a liquid + powder system for maximum strength. Dip powder is a chip-resistant color treatment applied over natural nails or tips. Gel-X uses pre-shaped soft-gel tips cured with a lamp — lightweight, natural feel, no drilling.
How long do your services last?+
Gel manicures 14+ days. Dip powder 3–4 weeks. Acrylic and Gel-X sets typically 3–4 weeks between fills.
What are your appointment vs. walk-in policies?+
Appointments are accepted Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday we operate as walk-ins only — first come, first served.
Is there a card processing fee?+
Yes — a 3% card processing fee applies to all card purchases, including gift certificates. Cash payments avoid this fee.
What is your refund policy?+
No refunds are issued for services rendered and paid for. Please consult your technician during your service to make sure you're fully satisfied before paying.
What if my polish chips?+
Polish chipping can occur due to a variety of situations. Come back in and we will repair the chipped polish at no extra charge. Refunds are not available.
Do you sell gift certificates?+
Yes — gift certificates are available for in-person purchase only at the salon.
Are kids welcome?+
Yes — we offer kids manicures and pedicures for guests under 10. We ask that children remain seated for safety.
How should I care for my nails after a service?+
Apply cuticle oil daily, wear gloves for cleaning and dishes, and avoid using your nails as tools. Book a fill by week 3 to prevent lifting.
Do you sanitize your tools?+
Absolutely. Files, buffers, and orangewood sticks are single-use. All metal implements are heat-sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave between every guest.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Gratuity in cash is appreciated by our technicians.
